Winner Selection:

All eligible entries will be reviewed by a panel of judges consisting of Rahway River Parkway representatives. Photos will be judged based on creativity, adherence to the theme, composition, and overall cuteness. Three winners will be selected and announced by September 30th. Winners will be notified via email/social media and will have 48 hours to respond. If no response is received, an alternate winner will be chosen.
The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
